Home Staging Consultation

Our basic service begins with a Home Staging Consultation sometimes referred to as a "Walk-through". Starting from the curb, we will tour your house just like perspective buyers will. As we tour your house, we will give you a detailed analysis of needed enhancements, such as furniture and accessory placement, clutter removal, and/or painting suggestions. We will discuss any ideas and questions that you may have, so that you are fully informed on how to successfully stage your house.

For homes less than 3,000 sq ft, consultations last up to 2 hours.
For homes more than 3,000 sq ft, length of consultations will vary depending on size of home.

Home Staging Report
Once the Home Staging Consultation is completed, we can provide you with a written report. This report will prioritize the needed enhancements discussed in the HSC. This report is frequently used by home sellers who prefer having the information received during the Home Staging Consultation in a written format to have on hand while staging their home.

"Hands-On" Home Staging

Fresh Eye Designs, LLC can get your home showcase ready. By making the needed enhancements to what you already have, we will create mass appeal to attract a broad range of buyers. This service includes a prioritized "TO-DO" list to prep the home for staging, perfecting furniture and accessory placement, addressing any needed details, and open house preparation. Once the home is completely staged we will provide you with professional digital photos to assist in the marketing of your house.
