About the Owner

Tanya was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. At a young age she developed a love for real estate and interior design. Early on Tanya worked in construction, learning the ins and outs of demolition, put-back, and basic carpentry skills. Tanya has a natural talent for creating beautifully functional spaces that transform homes, increase property values, and gets properties sold. Over the last 4 years, she has used this talent to assist in closing approx. $5 Million in real estate transactions.

Tanya has successfully trained as a real estate agent and Home Staging Professional. Currently there is not a regulatory authority over the Staging Industry that requires a Stager to have a certification, license, or designation. However, Tanya continually strives to perfect her craft by keeping abreast on current issues in the staging and real estate industries and takes on-going training courses.

As a Home Stager, Real Estate Investor, and Entrepreneur, Ms. Venable believes in providing exceptional value to her clients and associates. New opportunities have lead Tanya to Orlando, FL. She is very excited to be in a new location and looks forward to serving her new community well.
